A bunch of crooks! Bought a Yamaha Viper MTX from them in 2015 for about 70,000 SEK but the machine wasn't working as it should. Then I handed the machine in for repair and everything seemed fine. Months passed but I didn't get any machine. After a while they stopped responding completely. A little detective work later I found out that it was at Yamaha Center Luleå. Contacted them and they told me that they didn't do any more work for Motor Center24, due to unpaid invoices etc. Got in the car, drove from Uddevalla (Bohuslän) to Luleå, a trip of about 120 miles to sort out the mess. When I got to Motor Center there was a guy sitting there who didn't have a clue about anything. After a lot of back and forth I got hold of the manager there, who at first completely ignored me. Then he said that the electrical system was out and that they had ordered a new one from another company. What they didn't know was that I have good connections within the aforementioned company they said they ordered from. All said and done, I simply called up and asked if motor center 24 had placed an order for a new electrical system, which was not true. Confronted with the lie, the representative from motor center 24 was both unpleasant and rude. I ended up losing about 20,000 on a snowmobile I never got to drive (except on and off the trailer), then went over to Yamaha center who bought my broken Viper for 50,000 and gave me a great deal on a 2018 Yamaha Sidewinder mtx 2018 instead 👍 so in my opinion, the representatives at motor center24 are nothing more than fraudsters and should be banned from trading. Well, if you're going to buy a snowmobile, go to Yamaha center Luleå instead. Incredibly serious company with helpful and knowledgeable staff who stand behind their deals 100%
