Despite paying extra for the glass to be scratch-resistant, etc., I was immediately turned away by a temporary/new employee who didn't even try to help – but just referred me to my home insurance. I insisted and finally got an appointment with the store manager. When I arrived at the appointed time and registered at the cash register, I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes. And when I was finally received, I was immediately attacked by the store manager – without any introduction, explanation or willingness to listen. She accused me of "often coming in with such cases" and said that they could no longer be "generous" and replace the glass, even though it is not their obligation. It soon became clear that she had confused me with another customer. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she continued in the same tone – dismissive and nonchalant – and repeated that I should contact my insurance company, even though this should be covered by the right of complaint. The entire experience clearly showed that their only goal was to get rid of me – not to help or understand the situation. It was arrogant, unprofessional and downright rude. I will never set foot there again and I do not recommend anyone else to do so either. When you pay extra for protection and service, you also expect respect and a professional treatment.
