Very disappointed with how Kommunfastigheter (Kfast) handled our move out after 11 years as a tenant. We were charged for damages that were already there when we moved in and which are also documented in the original inspection report from 2014. Despite our repeated attempts to have a factual dialogue and refer to documentation, we have only received standard responses - without our objections being properly addressed. We have also fixed certain deficiencies ourselves before moving out (including wallpapering and doors), but despite that we were invoiced. The apartment has not been renovated since 2008, and what is now being charged should reasonably be considered normal wear and tear after more than a decade. It is very sad to have to take this further instead of being able to end a long rental relationship in a respectful way.
