I’ve had hotpot in China, and honestly, Happy Lamb in Stockholm has nothing to envy from the ones there. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and variety of the ingredients. The food is absolutely delicious, and I would even dare to say that they offer more variety than many hotpot places in China. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is great, the ingredients are fresh, and the broths are flavorful. If you’re craving authentic hotpot in Stockholm, this place is definitely worth it.
