The customer service was exemplary, and Fredrik made the experience absolutely fantastic. The first time, not everything was repaired properly, and a door was damaged. But they took responsibility, ordered a new door, and gave me a rental car. Without Fredrik's brilliant service, the rating would have been lower. All in all, a good experience, although the job should have been done right the first time.
