I have been very happy with this pharmacy for many years. But after the renovation, the service has dropped significantly. I sent my husband to the pharmacy to pick up something I had paid for in the online store. He had to pay for this at the pharmacy as well. Yesterday they promised to send an SMS when the goods had arrived, which I have not received either. But my husband received what I ordered, but as I said, he had to pay. So now I have been charged twice. The SMS has not yet arrived. Now I have been on the phone for well over 1 hour waiting for a response. If the service continues to be like this at this pharmacy, I will change pharmacies. So, I was supposed to have 2 of one item that was ordered and paid for online. My husband only received 1 of each and had to pay before he received it. So the pharmacy has charged twice at the same time that I did not receive everything that was ordered.
