NO!! ⚠️🚨⚠️🚨⚠️ Ordered a moving and cleaning service according to the agreement 3/5 2024 at 8:00 by JB Flytt AB no one came at the agreed time! 1.5 days later 2 people who could not speak came, in the smallest moving truck I have ever seen! and were supposed to move an entire home!? One I could have rented on okq8 myself if I had not been disabled and had had to go at least 4-5 times + lots of friends for carrying help When they arrived, the home was NOT emptied and cleaned. Furniture and objects, moving boxes, were thrown into the car (witnesses exist) even though they were marked with red big letters! Or warning tape! Packed and marked with care and according to instructions. no packaging or protection with blankets, none of what was so beautifully written on their website was used for my furniture! No safety device was used. SO FUCKING DISRESPECTFUL! And no one listened even though I almost screamed! But they just shook their heads and shrugged their shoulders! Didn't understand anything! Or what! The things and furniture that were shipped were damaged even more during transport. Some items also disappeared!! Old large mirrors TV, beds, large L-sofa are broken/destroyed! I had of course reported all fragile and valuable things! Both when requesting a quote and signing the contract. Heirlooms that cannot be valued in money are broken despite repairs..or completely destroyed. My home and my life were broken! ARN believes that the service that they ordered was not performed according to a binding agreement between the parties. Reported to ARN of course! damages + breach of contract by the professional moving company #JBFlyttAB who should have paid in advance by a poor disabled pensioner! Tried to get even more with a total of 3 invoices with 3 different invoice numbers a few days/weeks apart. But the first one was already paid then.. Despite several attempts by ARN to get in touch with these scammers, they never answered!! Neither by phone, text message, nor email and letter that was sent... Which I already knew after six months of trying to get in touch with these cowardly people, such as #Ibrahim... They have 2 weeks to pay the amount that ARN decided in my favor before I take them to court and then there will be higher costs for #JBFLYTTAB
