Do not change tires at Nisses tire service! Would never have left a bad review if it weren't for the lack of customer service and knowledge regarding the purchase law. Noted this for all knowledge, be careful when you have tire hotels at Nisses tire, they cheated my old mother on 2 new winter tires. The process went like this, she switched to summer tires earlier this year, then their staff noted that two winter tires would need to be changed but still over 3mm left. She received a price proposal and thought no more about it. Today, November 3, it was supposed to be changed to winter tires again, then they had put on 2 new studded tires without getting any type of confirmation from my mother and wanted to charge 4000 SEK. When I confronted them about this, they said that there was no price proposal and a so-called "open" order and that they do not need written confirmation to put on new tires. In other words, my mother is standing there with new tires that she doesn't need, needs to pay 700kr to resolve the situation, can't get her old tires on because they threw them away and drove away from the tire company with MS tires in November. With that said, they also chose to throw in all her tires and end her tire hotel without even asking her about this. Incredibly bad treatment and specifically Linnea's way of handling all of this was under all criticism. We are all human and we can all make mistakes, but when you can't stand it and it affects an older woman who is not given any reasonable choice, it is absolutely not acceptable to conduct your business in this way. So to both new and existing customers, Costco is much cheaper and has fantastic customer service.
