I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Carstore Täby's service, following my purchase of a used Peugeot 3008. The nightmare began when, after delayed delivery, the car broke down just ten days later due to a broken driveshaft. The repair was delayed indefinitely due to unavailable spare parts. As a result, I was provided with a temporary car, increasing my expenses. The situation deteriorated further when the Peugeot displayed an "Engine fault" warning, just after starting it, and I was told to wait until Monday for an inspection. Additionally, I couldn't use my Peugeot on electricity as the battery needed replacement, with no clear timeline for the battery's arrival. The lack of transparency and ongoing issues have disrupted my peace of mind and finances. Still, I am driving my car on fuel as Battery not yet replaced. In conclusion, my experience with Carstore Täby has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I implore prospective buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize their dealings with this dealership, as my personal experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
