Totally unacceptable! They called me and said they would be half an hour late for the pickup. I accepted, although i had 2 small kids with me and it was 1:20 at night already. They made me promise i wouldnt take another taxi if one arrived, as they were sending the taxi just for me! I waited with my sleeping kids for over 1 hour, called multiple times and no one picked up. Ended up sleeping on a hotel couch! They never called back, not even the day after. This company should be shut down! Stay away!
