My fiber went out on the property and nothing worked at home. I called Michel who came out that same evening and struggled for 5 hours until he got the network up and running. He is incredibly service-oriented and professional. In addition to this, we had slow wifi that would lag and chop when we played or streamed movies. Michel fixed this the day after he fixed the fiber. We are very grateful for everything!!
