Worthless. Why pay for a broker? I can stand in a suit and hand out pieces of paper to interested parties and not do much else. In my case, the broker Rasmus at Hoome Mäkleri in Sundsvall said that the apartment needed to be cleaned before showing, he had a contact at a cleaning company that I could hire, said and done. Since I live in another place and had rented the apartment out for a while, I trusted the broker and after a week or so I called him to ask if the apartment had been cleaned, he replied "yes, it's fine now" and explained that he had shown the apartment to some interested parties but that they were not interested. A few weeks later I changed brokers and he took pictures of what the apartment looked like and it was not cleaned at all. So the broker at Hoome Mäkleri in Sundsvall lied to me and or showed me an uncleaned apartment. Of course the apartment was not sold and neither was my trust. By the way, all of you who are thinking of buying an apartment, don't do it. It has to be the stupidest investment you can ever make. Why pay expensive money for something you never fully own, it's always a housing association or bank that owns it and makes all the important decisions. Rent and live instead.
