I am very dissatisfied with the way this matter has been handled. The workshop had my car for almost two months without providing any clear or ongoing feedback. On several occasions I was given a promised delivery date, but these were never kept – and that without me being contacted in advance. Every time I called to follow up, it turned out that the work was delayed again, without any real explanation. In addition to this, the wrong spare parts were ordered, which extended the waiting time even further. I also only found out about this after I called myself, even though I had been explicitly promised feedback the same day. The most frustrating thing, however, was the treatment. When I called the customer service desk to ask about the status – after no feedback – I was met with an irritated and unpleasant attitude from a female employee in the customer service desk. As a customer, you should not have to feel awkward for asking for information about your own car, especially not when the workshop itself has repeatedly broken its promises. In summary: • Very long processing time • Repeated broken delivery promises • Wrongly ordered spare parts • Lack of communication • Unprofessional treatment Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this workshop based on my experience.
