Quite rude staff who are not helpful. Visited them yesterday after ordering medicine that was supposed to be sent to them during the day but had not received a text message that it had arrived but went there to check when my medicine was out. Ended up with a very angry and rude woman. Says no it has not arrived can you come on Monday. Answered no mine is out can you please check if it has been sent here. She goes up and sighs and goes to a box that is less than 2m away from her and my medicine is really there. So she picks it up and fixes a lot on the computer and sighs and goes on like they were the hardest thing in life. Pays for everything and asks for a bag when they were a little bit of other things too, yeah, had to buy. She throws the bag at me and sighs not packs the bag opens the bag and says they are ready. As if hurry up and go. Thanks for that . .. very unprofessional treatment.
Ganska otrevlig personal som inte är hjälpsamma. Besökte dem igår efter beställt medicin som skulle skickats till dem under dagen men hade ej fått ett sms om att den kommit in men gick dit för att kontrollera då min medicin var slut. Hamnar …
Otrevlig. Översittare komplex istället för att hjälpa och ta personen seriöst. Läkare Pontus var riktigt otrevlig och nedlåtande när man bad på knäna mer eller mindre för snabbare remiss vidare och även snabbare hantering eller hjälp.
