Unfortunately, I can only advise against wasting time with this company. Contacted them for about 70m2 of floating putty and waterproofing as well as tiling the bathroom and laundry room. I was asked about some details and a floor plan. I sent it, after which Anders Marting booked an on-site visit with me. He chose the day and time himself. When it was time, he did not show up, nor did he answer the phone or email. 3 days later I received a text message where he apologized and wrote that he had been sick and had not been able to answer the phone or text message. He also asked if we could be contacted the following Monday. I replied that it was going well. On Monday I heard nothing from Anders and he did not answer the phone or email. It has now been another 2 weeks without me hearing anything. Incredibly frivolous behavior that does not give any confidence whatsoever in either the owner Anders Marting or his company.
