Har haft både och. Beror nog på belastningen de har för tillfället. Hursom, patienter är för det mesta sjuka och visar sig inte alltid från sin bästa sida (så klart). Bäddat för misslyckad kommunikation om personalen är stressade.
Have had both. Probably depends on the workload they have at the moment. Anyway, patients are mostly sick and don't always show their best side (of course). Ready for failed communication if the staff is stressed.
