The sushi is very tasty (especially the Philadelphia, spicy salmon, and tempura). However, I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. One evening, I called them at 19:30 to place an order, but no one answered. It takes me only 10 minutes to get there, so I decided to drive over, hoping I would still make it in time. When I arrived and asked if I could place an order, they told me it was no longer possible. If they don’t accept orders after a certain time, why not simply pick up the phone and inform the customer, so I wouldn’t waste my time? Later, on another day, I called three times between 19:20 and 19:30, and again—no one answered the phone to take my order. Yesterday, I called at 18:00 and they answered immediately, and I was able to place an order with no problem. My conclusion: they intentionally don’t pick up the phone near the end of the working day and simply ignore customers. This is very disappointing, considering how good their food is.
