I have went in for a very delicate shoe repair need. One of the heels was moving when I was walking. The man at the shop was so helpful to try to see if he can fix it for me. I came back after 30 min and he said he is not able to do anything, however he accepted to take the challenge and try to fix it. Me and my boyfriend had a few minutes talk where we discussed with the shoe repair man about how to fix it. The store person was amazing, he took the challenge and repaired a very difficult shoe. Very experienced person from Syria, very kind and he succesfully repaired my lovely Amina Muaddi shoes.
