Edit: They have now replaced my card for the 4th time. A month since the last time I spoke to them and they forced me to update my card again. They did it again without any warning whatsoever, and even though nothing has changed. A joke to the bank. Fantastically bad bank. Customer for 20 years, never been a victim of fraud, never moved my money in a strange way, never had problems with payments. Always been nice. They have been blocking my cards on average once a year for a few years now. No warning, and then you are left there and can't pay for yourself. They never have anything to do with it either, never their fault. Every year it takes a few days to unblock their blocks. Call from abroad, talk to different people. Then I transfer money to Revolut instead of avoiding that I can't pay for myself anywhere. Then they block it with... a little bit now and then like that. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. This year. Now they have just blocked and cancelled and sent home a card for the same account 3 times within 3 months. All times without any warning. And without my purchasing behavior having changed at all. Called and spoke to them after the second time they did it. They explain that they can't do anything. Immediately after the call they have gone in and blocked this card and ordered a new one again and ask me to call their partner again so that I can try to solve it. A joke to the bank. No ill intention towards those who work there at all, it is probably even worse for you compared to what you put your customers through. Thank you!
