I was in the store on Backaplan regarding a watch I bought from them. The date was getting late so I wanted to drop it off for inspection. The staff working that day treated me with a terrible attitude. She said the store would close soon, it was 5:30 p.m. I said I had traveled a long way and wanted her to pick up the watch so I could come back another day, but she pushed the watch back on the counter and refused to pick it up. I said it wasn't okay and wondered who the customer was, then she felt threatened so she called the police. I am a 65 year old and a very ordinary person. I will NEVER recommend or shop at this company again.
