Me and a friend got there when we had a booked time at 22:00 on December 9th. Fresh courts and many in number well organized and cleaned but .... When we got there we see that the reception is unmanned. (The guy who worked there was busy playing paddle (we didn't know he worked there at that time) and didn't welcome us and didn't show in any way that he worked there) It's getting to be our time to play soon so we decide to look for a loan rack, We read on a note that "the loan rack is available for rent in a cleaning room BEHIND the reception". When no one was at the reception even though we sat and waited for 10 minutes, I decided to go behind the reception and look for that cleaning room to find 2 loan racks that we can play with as our time to play was about to start. Then the employee comes and says in a nasty voice what are you doing?! And forced me to show the inside of my bag. This was at 9:55 PM (5 minutes before our booked time.) Then I referred to the note and said that it says that there are paddle racks to borrow in a cleaning room behind the reception. Then he said no several times and said that you are not allowed to be there and stay away from the reception. without showing where that cleaning room where all the racks are located is. I said that we have an appointment at 10 PM in 5 minutes and he then said that he will be back in 5 minutes to give us a loan rack, why couldn't he give it to us there and then?, when our time was about to start so we have time to spread out a bit and get balls for example? He didn't do that he continued playing paddle instead at 10:10 PM (10 minutes after our time has started) I had to say excuse me it's past 10 PM and that we need a loan rack to play. Then finally he showed where these are and gave them to us. I think you should change 2 things first is to write on the note that paddle racks to borrow are to the right AROUND the reception in a cleaning room not that there are paddle racks in a cleaning room BEHIND the reception then of course you go behind the reception and look if it says so on the note, it is misleading and unclear) However, all this could have been avoided if the employee guy showed that he worked there or asked if we needed help with anything instead of playing paddle with his friends. He was never present at the reception and did not show in any way that he works there and did not ask if we need help. As an employee you should know when people are going to come in and play and be prepared to help a little when you see that customers are coming in and probably have playing time soon. Regards Isak.
