I sent my samples within the required 4day, they still at a delivery point after more than a week. I told about this to them a week ago, th y answered that they will sort this out, it didn't happened. Luleå is a small city, a pickup can be done within 5 minute with a bicycle. They not answering on their phone either. If they can't manage to even collect the samples after many reminders recived to their mail by postnord, and me personally, i don't think i want them to decide my tapwater is drinkable, radiated, or not. I sent a request for cancellation and full payback via mail today. If they ignore that too, nex step will be to go to the authorities.

We visited the place with a vw polo to buy 4.8m planks-the plan was to cut them to size at the place in the parking lot as i usually need to do if i buy something too big with this midget car. :D Surprisingly this place have a cutting station right at the entry-nothing fancy, but it has a roof, and a lot of space for long stuff to cut. as bonus, there was no mosquitoes as we have at home where i need to cut otherwise. :D cutting here was a big upgrade compared to other places, so i guess i will be back if i need to do something like this again. Only minus that they had only 4.5 long planks where they should have 4.8 size by the markings, (probably 4.8 went out and they filled up with a wrong size) what we generally aimed for to cut to 1.2 pieces. Bringing a measuring tape with you is a good idea anyways to doublecheck they what you need anywhere.
