My old mother was treated very rudely and the person shouted at her that he knew where she lived. He wanted her to pay for the medicine even though she had a free card. When she later got home she saw that he had destroyed one of her aids. But she was so scared that she didn't dare go back and complain. Now she is afraid to go outside her home because she is afraid of running into this person when she is out. The Crown should close this pharmacy and make these people unemployed. They don't seem to have any restraints at all. Scaring old and sick people is really not ok.
