Decent gym and nice staff in the facility. However, I signed up for a trial membership and wasn't able to use their app to book any classes for the first month because their system had a glitch. When I finally managed to reach customer service, they fixed the issue but they refused to take any responsibility or offer any kind of compensation for the fact I wasn't able to fully use my membership. A bit disappointing and felt cheap of them. A small gesture would have gone a long way. I'll register with a different gym instead.
