I recently organized a big celebration at Gråbogården, and it was genuinely one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. Of course we had a great party and wonderful friends, but it was my feeling that for me - and all our other guests - this location played a huge role in making it a success. First of all, the facilities are simply immaculate, high standards throughout the premises and that goes for everything from kitchen utensils to the sound system and the beds . But more than anything else this is a stunning location. You are - virtually - alone, with only the owner Anthony (the most gracious and helpful host imaginable) and one other summer house sharing access to the small lake which can be seen in the pictures. And because it is so remote, it makes this location- placed in the middle of very beautiful swedish nature, with forests surrounding the houses, and beautiful big grass lawns to organize games on and have a barbecue etc., so perfect for special events where everyone can truly relax and immerse themselves in the nature and the event itself. It created such a special atmosphere for us and all our guests. Finally, I want to thank both Martina and Anthony (owners) for all their help. We planned a big event and had many questions and different calls with Anthony over the course of several months, and he was always so helpful and easy to communicate with. In sum, cannot recommend this place highly enough, and of course - located only about 30min from Gothenburg and the Airport Landvetter - Gråbogården is incredibly accessible also from abroad.
