My daughter's iPhone 15 pro has been having problems after they replaced the cracked back. After replacing the back, it restarts all the time. They said they had tested it for 45 minutes after replacing the back. We sent it back in and after a couple of days we got a response that the phone must have been broken when we sent it in.... But the phone worked before the replacement and started having problems afterwards! Now they say this is our fault. But it was an insurance matter and we had never sent in a phone for repair and did not ask for it to be completely repaired from the start.
