Blockage in the chimney after only 2 months of sweeping and it cost 1500 SEK to fix it which took barely 10 minutes, the sweeper commented that we could solve it ourselves. Even though we had asked before how much it would cost and they didn't give us a price but just showed up and then they sent us a big invoice. We called and appealed the invoice but they refused to accept how it happened. Extremely poor service and a very arrogant manager who has zero understanding of the customers' opinion! We are changing sweepers and do not recommend them to anyone!
