Råkade vara ute i kylan i närheten och vi var inte ens säkra på att de var öppna för allmänheten (nästan säkert inte) men de serverade oss alla kaffe. Väldigt vänligt.
Fantastiska restauranger överlag! Väldesignad atmosfär i allmänhet, med en bra blandning av grafik och musik. Inte för högljutt, "oljudet" kom mest från andra gäster, men inte ens de var överdrivet högljudda. …
Great all around restaurants! Well designed atmosphere in general, with a great blend of visuals and music. Not too loud, the "noise" was mostly other patrons but even they weren't overtly noisy. The food was fantastic. We tried the vegetarian gyozo dumplings and the vegetarian and beef versions of the ssam dish. Both great! The dessert was qyite nice, but it is dependent on the day, as its a flavor of the day menu for sorbet and praline. Other options exist but we did not have them. The drinks were absolutely delightful! Kyoto sour was great even for me even though I dont like peach, and the Tokyo Biscuit was absolutely amazing. It really reminded me of something like key lime pie! In terms of service, they were very friendly and polite. They checked in on us often (perhaps the only small thing that could be better is that once or twice their timing felt slightly disruptive, but not in the sense that they would bother us directly but more so that I would notice them in the corner of my eye taking a quick peak to see if we are ok.) I dont think this would bother most patrons i just happen to be easily distracted by these kinds of things, and it really was once or twice only. BEYOND that, they went above and beyond to cater to us as they very clearly noticed we were on a date night. Always offering slightly better than what is stated on the menu for example, or giving us extra utensils without asking, snacks, extremely good smelling wet wipes and so on. I am sure some of those are just for every patron, but certain things did not feel standard and they seemed to want to make our evening especially nice. Then portions sizes are also more than enough. I am a very big guy and I would not have needed more than the main to feel satisfied. Bathroom is clean and nice with nice smelling soaps and I think hand lotion? We gave a tip for there wonderful service, although they definitely appreciate it they don't make you feel obligated. The choice for no tip is very obvious, and the server continued working on other stuff while I made my choice and payment so I didnt feel embarrassed if I didn't tip. I am german, we do not tip unless we truly think you deserve it, but I have felt in many other establishments in Malmö that they make tipping feel like an obligation.
