Excellent kitchen, Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All the food I had there was Excellent, and the flavor-matches were awesome, except the Charcuterie Plate. The Cured dry aged ham from Umeå was a world class flavour bomb, as well as the Canteloupe Melon which was perfectly ripe and tasty. Unfortunately the ham flavour owerpowered the melon. Normally those would be a match made in heaven, but these two were better enjoyed separately. The Sea Crayfish were awesome especially with both the citrus emulsion and the autumnal sauce mixed. I was about to order the figleaf icecram, and asked the staff if it would pair well with the PX. They said they hadnt tried those but that it was a perfect match with the Chocklate Cream, so I went for that and it did not dissapoint... Perfect. Update: I came back after 3 months and this time I tried the Chefs recomendations 4 course set menu with wine pairing. And everything was awesome.

En idyllisk oas inte långt från Västerås. Här känner man verkligen att axlarna sänks. Klubbhuset har alla faciliteter, det finns el och rinnande vatten. Köksfaciliteter med kyl och frys. Vi hade turen att bli inbjudna av ett par vänner som är medlemmar. Rekommenderas varmt.
