Most parts in order were delivered OK and on time apart from one part that was supposed to be arriving soon. While waiting for the last part we had to return one item. We haven't received the refund nor the last part after many many weeks of waiting. I'm guessing they will charge us for the postage on the last part and then reduce the refund by the postage amount. This results in multiple postage charges and it is not OK because there was no information on split delivery in the first place. Now Björn won't even answer to my email. WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS COMPANY? Björn, correct the situation and I will edit this review.
