The best food shop around. The choice and variety of goods is amazing and the prices are competitive. The staff are always friendly, it's a lovely place to be inspired for food choices l.
"Food was bloody good" C.Mc. Great pub, nice staff and great Irish Coffees. They allowed dogs and we sat in the front in the corner. Lots of great beer choices and the food was delicious! I would be tempted to come back and explore the games room when I'm without the dogs... But they're always by my side!

Downright laughable "service" They flat out refused to help me on two separate occasions. Stating I must go to the tax office to get what I need. Their website specifically states that they will help me in their office and the online chat confirmed this. My sambo was able to speak in Swedish with them. One refused to talk in English because she was talking to my sambo in Swedish and he 'can translate for me.' How is anyone seeking help able to get it when the staff are as rude as these? Seriously, how? Finally asked for their names because of the appalling experience and they refused. Only that they are customer services. What a joke. Three utterly heinous staff members. As members of the Swedish Civil Servants they are actually required to give us their names. They did not.

After being refused help in the central office we came here. We were again met with resistance and my sambo had to read specific laws that protect EU citizens. We were finally given a ticket to speak with someone inside but again were met with resistance. If I did not have my Sambo there able to speak with them in Swedish I would not have been able to proceed. In the end the woman finally took my passport and address details and said I would get a temporary coordination number in the post in 12 weeks. You don't even get a reference number for the visit so I only hope and pray she actually started the process for me. This whole experience was an uphill battle and left me and my partner rather distressed and downtrodden. Staff need to be more clued up on what their website says and not dismiss it straight away. 'The website is wrong.' I was told. I doubt the amount of people who edit and proof read details going online would have uploaded false information. I shall now wait and see if my coordination number arrives in a few months. Good luck to anyone who is seeking help here. Although this location would be the better of the two in Gothenburg if you need any help.
