Pure scam. When we didn't appear in any searches at all on Google, (which is what we paid for) we asked for figures from them which they didn't want to give out. They also haven't reported how they have worked with the site. After 3 months and we haven't appeared on Google yet, we wanted to end the collaboration as they haven't fulfilled their part of the agreement and they refuse considering that they said they couldn't guarantee anything (which they didn't say). We now have a legal process ahead of us which is long and boring, luckily we have recorded all conversations with them. But still a lot of energy and money going for nothing. Strongly advise others to hire this company.
