The rooms are nice and cozy and especially the bathrooms are well renovated. However several things are sadly bringing down the initial impression and it really depends on the person whether this is the right choice. Our room had a cracked sink that was a minus. For example during the hot summer months the rooms without AC get uncomfortably hot, especially for babies and the elderly people. One night in a room probably will not be an issue but several nights can become very uncomfortable. The windows open a little, but there can be very little airflow despite this and due to the way they open, direct airflow cannot take place. The room did not have any mini fridge, tv or other amenities besides a capsule coffee machine and Wi-fi. From the main entrance there is no elevator access so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry to 3rd floor. The hotel is also basically nested between a building site and somekind of hospital or carehome. Depending on your preferences, this may be odd. We were greeted by nurses in white jackets driving in and made us feel we are checking in for treatment. The hotel has been in restauration state for 5 years and is still unfinished. The rooms on the top floor are finished, but the adjacent other building is an unfinished building site. During our stay, there thankfully were no building noises or dust. Personally I would recommend the hotel for singles and backbackers on bikes or one night standers.
