Extremely poor customer service! Do not use alova!! Had to pay almost 10,000 SEK for just the installation of a cooker hood. This without having been informed of the cost in advance. 2 men came to my house and did 1 person's job. So I have to pay double the price for alova sending out 2 men. When I later contact customer service I get the answer "but I have already paid their salaries". Very rude and inflexible treatment. Please, if you have a choice, do not choose alova!
