Very sour start to my experience with Benify. If you start after October, they take away the right to use your wellness allowance freely. You're restricted to ONLY the agreements they make with the certain vendors. In my case, the only options for SATS were to buy a direct debit for pre-set amounts (500kr, 1000kr, etc) and take money out of my salary to cover the extra - or just lose the money and wait for next year. I also waited 1 hour 37 minutes in the phone queue for customer service to pick up to answer this question.
Bad customer experience -- be very careful before you buy as there are undisclosed policies about returns. Unlike most stores like H&M, their signs that say "final sale" are not just indicating the lowest sale price, but rather it means "no returns accepted". On top of that, the items I was trying to return was because the sizing was extremely inconsistent. In the same purchase, I had a XS, S, and M - which some were massive and others I couldn't even get over my head. Safer to buy from somewhere like H&M where you can return your items regardless if they are on sale or not. Super shady to not warn your customers about these silent store policies until it's too late.
