Really nice staff, got help from start to finish with a sofa I ordered, the driver who drove the sofa out carried the sofa up himself when I had a bad back, plus he helped assemble it even though I hadn't paid for it, I was a bit spoiled, but I thank you for the help and I'm really happy with the sofa! 👌

Totalt värdelös support, är detta ett skämt eller, säger att ni öppnar 08 telefontider sen när man ringer så börjar några klockan 09. Jobbar 3 timmar om dagen i fyra dagar vad gör ni sen? Hur får ni er inkomsten att räcka till, betalar vi så jäkla mycket så ni kan vara lediga??

My colleague and I needed to pick up a light vehicle in Stockholm and transport it back to our warehouse outside Varberg. Since we do not have access to trailers ourselves, we have used several of Renta's depots along the West Coast in the past, which has worked very well and we have received very clear and good help on all occasions. Even when problems have arisen along the way, this has been resolved nicely, and we have even been offered compensation on one occasion when the trailer broke down shortly after we picked it up. For this reason, the choice was easy when we were going to rent a trailer this time too. To avoid driving around with an empty trailer the whole way, we contacted Renta's depot in Norrköping before we drove from Varberg at 7 in the morning, and were confirmed that they had a trailer available that we could also return to the depot in Varberg when the transport was complete. When we arrived at the depot, we were met by an employee who showed us the trailer and prepared it for collection (the same person we had spoken to earlier). After a while, he stated that a BE driving license was required to drive the trailer. Since we had not been told the total weight over the phone, it was a bit of a surprise, but since we had been able to arrange for another driver, he would double-check with his colleague, and then the fun began. A slightly older, incredibly unpleasant colleague came out and mumbled something about the trailer being fixed at the depot, and that it was not possible to leave it anywhere other than in Norrköping. When we explained that we had been promised something else, he blamed a newly hired colleague who "had no idea about it". We followed him into the office and spoke to the same guy we had previously contacted over the phone. He shrugged and said that he must have been wrong. We stand there, seemingly waiting for a solution to the problem, or at least an apology for driving 4 hours unnecessarily, but it doesn't come. We ask the staff if it's possible to make an exception since they promised that we would be allowed to leave the trailer in Varberg, but no, it's not possible. The unpleasant older colleague turns his back on us, starts to brew himself a cup of coffee, and with his eyes turned in another direction spits out something along the lines of "it doesn't matter anyway, you don't have a BE driving license". My colleague confronts them and says that it's incredibly bad style for them not to stick to what was promised, but it's getting nowhere. Before we leave, a third colleague who heard the conversation comes and says "Let them take the trailer then, so they get rid of their driving licenses". We give up and leave. I understand of course that Renta is not responsible for our lack of a BE card (although it would have been nice to have been informed that it was required before we went). However, I do not understand how such a large company with an otherwise good reputation can treat customers so extremely poorly, and really not show even a little compassion or willingness to solve the problem. I hope that management chooses to address this with the people involved and does what is necessary to ensure that customers receive the service they deserve. We will definitely never return.

Litet, trevligt lekhus för mindre barn (2-7 år) i två våningar. Goda möjligheter för att ta en fika eller lätt mat och barnen kan underhålla sig i några timmar. Kolla programmet och försök tajma in någon av deras fantastiska teatrar.
Trevlig tågtur med klassiskt ånglok genom härliga Österlen. Fina vyer och skön åktur. Roligt för barn.
Enkelt hotell, du får vad du betalar för. Entrén är väldigt anonym och hotellet delar byggnad med vanliga lägenheter. Rummen är lite slitna men helt ok. Frukosten var enkel men ok.
