I was an exchange student in JU and I would say I miss here so much after going back to my home country. I had so much fun here with my friends met here in Jonkoping and made pretty good memories. Olearys was always my first choice for hangouts, I miss the fries so much! Hope everything going well here :)

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise future travelers to think twice before booking. On the night of my arrival, I took a taxi with my elderly mother to the hotel, ready to check in. However, the access code provided by the hotel simply did not work—we tried many times but could not get into the building at all. To make matters worse, we tried calling the hotel reception repeatedly, yet no one ever picked up the phone. Being stranded outside late at night with my mother was not only stressful but also unsafe. In the end, we had no choice but to take another taxi in the middle of the night to look for a different hotel. This was both costly and exhausting, especially for my mother. Afterwards, I contacted the hotel to request a refund. Over the phone, they initially promised that the refund would be processed. I trusted their word and waited. However, one month passed without any response or progress. I called again, only to be told by a female receptionist that she could not handle it and asked me to call back the next day. When I did exactly as instructed, no one picked up the phone at all. At this point, I had every reason to believe that the hotel was deliberately avoiding my calls and intentionally delaying the refund. This hotel has shown a complete lack of professionalism and service awareness: Guests cannot even enter the building due to faulty access codes. No emergency support is available at night, leaving travelers helpless. Refund promises are not honored, and communication is evasive and unreliable. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The very basic expectation of a hotel stay is to be able to check in smoothly and to receive timely assistance if problems occur. Sadly, this hotel failed at both. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
