Very disappointing experience with Vinga Energiteknik AB. Communication was extremely poor, and it was difficult to get clear information about the service. The response time was slow, and when I finally received assistance, it did not meet my expectations at all. The professionalism also felt lacking, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Overall, the service quality was far below what I expected. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. 👎 I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future.
