Review as a potential buyer: Terribly poor communication from Bo-Gunnar. Went to a viewing of an apartment, showed interest by sending an SMS immediately afterwards. No response for a week. We then choose to make an offer to strengthen our interest with the broker. Receive a response a day later that it will be conveyed to the seller. I choose to call the broker the next day and check how things were with the seller, and to ask about what the next step in the sale will be. I then get a rude response back that the seller will never accept a clause we would have liked. I buy that, but ask to hear what the process looks like going forward. I get explained that the broker will contact all interested parties within the next few days and then report back to me with the status. We are here ready to negotiate at a price that is interesting for both us and the seller. Again, no feedback. As a buyer, you feel that it might be a positive thing – there aren't that many interested right now so the seller might be about to lower the price a bit if we just wait it out. Nine days after our bid, the apartment is gone from Hemnet. Still no feedback from the broker. I then spoke to the broker and said what I felt – that it's terribly bad not to even give feedback. I get a nasty response back again: "I have a lot of experience so you've misunderstood something". Not a hint of an apology even though it's obvious that he forgot about us. I genuinely hope that the seller is happy with the sale anyway, but the experience as a potential buyer is terrible. If I, as a seller, were told that my broker didn't even try to negotiate a solution with potential buyers, I would be furious.
