Warning to potential buyers: I bought a game collection via the store owner's private Tradera account (not their official Japon account, and now in retrospect I understand why) which, according to the ad, was supposed to be "perfect for collectors and those looking for a bargain". The ad did mention "no guarantees" and that "occasional empty cases may occur". I chose to make the purchase because the seller was the owner of the store, which seemed serious and had many positive reviews. At first glance on site, everything looked correct. However, upon a more thorough inventory at home, where I was able to check even games hidden at the bottom, it turned out that 19 cases were empty (among them several valuable titles) and 17 games were broken or unusable. One had even started to mold (visible in one of my attached pictures)! In total, this amounted to 32% of the “collection”, which in practice turned out to be a box of junk and lots of useless PC CD-ROM games. It feels like this was a leftover box from the store or the seller’s private collection. For me as a private person, it would feel downright dishonest to sell in this way. I tried to have a calm dialogue with the seller via PM to either get a return with a refund or a reasonable compensation for the extensive defects. This was ignored, and I therefore left a negative review on his Tradera account. In response, I received a revenge review with false claims about threatening messages, which is completely untrue. I have not sent any threatening messages, and I understood that some games could be unsafe, but the extent of the missing and broken games far exceeded what the advertisement implied. Recommend checking everything carefully before buying, or consider shopping in other stores. Do not trust these sellers.

Poor communication that cost me money and a threatening letter from debt collectors. Ordered an item via their invoice option that I returned. Was notified that it had been received and the invoice credited. Then you think that as a consumer you can ignore the invoice. Then suddenly after a while I get a reminder fee, a penalty fee AND a threat of debt collection with some vague reference to the ball bearing wholesaler's policy rules regarding returns. I ended up having to pay Svea 300 SEK just to return the item. It was the first and last time I order from this company.
