Unexpectedly crappy company considering the rating. Have ordered twice this year. The first time I had no expectations, after 10-12 days I called and asked where my can was, only then I was told that it would be sent from a supplier abroad, it took a couple more days, thanks for the info. Unfortunately I need a specific oil that gigalube has, so it was a turn around now. Order on Saturday, call to ask about stock status on Monday, it will be sent immediately says Shaun. Get an email that two cans have been ordered, call back and say that I only want one, no weirdness. Call again on Thursday when I haven't received/heard anything, no answer. Call on Friday, no answer... call from another number on Friday, answer immediately... "they might deliver on Saturdays"... mature. Today is Tuesday week two and still no oil. No answer either by phone or text. I'll see if any oil comes, order from gigalube again? Never
