Had a wonderful trip! We dealt with Monika who answered all our questions and made sure we had the necessary information for the bike ride. She made sure we had the bike trip all set up w hotels and details. Martin set us up with the bikes/ panniers/ helmets/ locks etc.. He made sure we had everything we needed. He was timely and dealt with a minor bike issue we had and was so nice and kind.
