I am a long-time customer and own 15+ items from Asket. Unfortunately, their service and company philosophy of caring for customers seem to have vanished. I wrote to them about a Navy flannel shirt I ordered only 6 months ago, which faded after just two washes (pictures attached). They asked for a batch number, which is nowhere to be found on the shirt, and have not been willing to engage in resolving this potential quality issue. I took the shirt to a sewer who confirmed it seemed to be a fabric problem. It’s a real shame how they’ve chosen to handle this, and I hope my review helps others avoid encountering the same issue.
