"values long-term customer relationships" was the biggest lie I've heard. I bought a new Daikin heat pump from them, had it installed and it was great. But I chose that pump precisely because you can also get active cooling from it. But it's now been 2 years since I ordered parts and wanted Lundgren to install the cooling for the pump. First, the parts were delayed due to the pandemic, I won't say much about that. But after I called and asked a few times at 5-6 week intervals if Lundgren had heard any updated delivery dates. Then I get a slightly irritated answer that "I'll call YOU instead". Instead, I waited about 4 months and it was only when I ran into Jonny at Vedum's Christmas market that he told me that "Well, the stuff has arrived and been in the warehouse for a while". I took care of the installation of the fan coil in the attic myself. I pulled all the pipes and prepared according to Lundgren's wishes. After this there has been promise after promise about a date to come and install. And one excuse after another about why they won't come or don't contact me. About 17 months after I ordered the installation of the heat pump's active cooling and Lundgrens still hasn't shown up despite several promises and when it was almost 30 degrees this summer (2023) in the children's bedroom I felt that something had to be done, I contacted an acquaintance who works for another HVAC company. I asked him if we could do something about the situation since Lundgren didn't show up. We then went to Biltema and bought things for a temporary installation and got some form of free cooling at least and lowered the temperature in the children's room. That installation will be removed as soon as Lundgren gets his thumbs up and can finish his job. After that, Lundgren's pride took a hit, because I get zero response. And sarcastic comments about why I brought in someone else's HVAC guy, and "the rooms have always been warm before, haven't they?" (But then we didn't live here and didn't have two small children!) And they certainly don't want to come and do work for me anymore if I use other plumbers. And I just got a text message where they clearly end our "long-term customer relationship", which they obviously don't value. And I also have to say that I'm not the only customer who has experienced that Lundgrens has difficulty keeping their promises.
