I can only echo similar comments about going in for emergency care, zero communication and zero empathy. Going for emergency care is always traumatic, both for people and animals, we rarely see our pets as animals but as family members and we expect a certain level of care for our family members. Using the emergency service costs a lot, the level of service we receive should be reflected in the price, i.e at least a call letting people know whats happening. I have taken over a week to reflect on my experience and frankly words cannot describe how angry, disappointed and sad I am at the whole event.
