Having previously had a very bad experience in another budget hotel close to the conference center (I didn't realize it was a budget hotel as the prices were very high) I was not expecting much here but I was pleasantly surprised - the location I gave 5 stars simply because I came here for a conference and it is less than 5min drive - so perfect for me. The rooms were fine - clean and pretty much what you want for a short business stay. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was even OK for a budget hotel. The only thing I would say is that you really in the middle of nowhere but don't let that put you off
I ordered a delivery two nights in a row and the food, especially the mains were excellent - night one was a jalfrezi and night two a bhalti - I would definately recommend
