Feels like a marina that lives on its "fixed" contracts and is clearly not interested in new customers. I have contacted them twice for help. The first time last year I got a response that they had problems in the workshop so they could not do plastic work, which I did not need. (replacing the rudder sleeve) I also got a response that the technicians were on vacation. No problems, but no interest in booking me after the vacation either. The second time it was about replacing the bow thruster, the answer was... the technicians are on vacation.... ok, but book me after the vacation then, but that was not interesting. So no, the interest in taking work for new customers (which are in the same port) seems low. And maybe consider whether you should schedule your staff's vacation until after the high season?
