My partner and I hired Robert when we were going to sign a contract to buy a house. Robert was able to come 2 days after first contact. He went through the house very carefully, both inside and out. During the inspection, we received a lot of good verbal tips on how we could maintain and renovate the house in the future. He also found mold problems in the crawl space that the seller's inspector had not noted! With this information, we were able to bargain down the price with the cost of fixing this.
