Warning! Aggressive Customer Service Staff / Scam / Car Was Left Back Damaged and Without Brakes! I have a perfectly nice, show car (only 10,000 miles) brand new classic car that needed a brake hose / fluid reservoir / brake oil change. Getech said that since the car is so new there would be no problem and that it would not take more than three hours of work. Instead they took five hours because they caused serious damage to the brake pipes / brake system and had to try to repair the damage. What is completely ridiculous is that Getech did not tell me that they had damaged the brake system until I discovered it myself! I paid them the money that Getech had requested from me before I had the car back and then I discovered the damage. The car was returned with serious damage to the brake pipes and the car did not brake at all! Getech did not care at all. I complained that the car could not drive, it was without brakes and then the customer service staff suddenly turned to me very aggressively. Getech refused to take responsibility, the staff became very aggressive and started raising their voices by saying that they did not know me as a customer, and they denied that they had done any work on my car! That Getech causes damage to your car, then they try to hide the damage, they take payment and return your car damaged and that does not brake and when you complain the entire customer service turns to you with aggressive calls to leave is deplorable / cheating and not at all how a serious workshop should work. Don't risk this happening to you. There are several other skilled and serious workshops in Kalmar. Getech refuse to provide a guarantee or even a work specification on their workshops work so that they can avoid taking responsibility for their work as in this case.
