The tow truck left the car at Magno's on its own accord. My car was with them for three months after an electrical fault. I called several times, and was told over and over again that they would look into it and call me back when the person who had worked on the car was back, which he never was. I had to fight an incredible amount to get my car back and then got a bill of twelve thousand kronor for a repair on a car worth twenty thousand, where they didn't fix the electrical fault itself but just connected it around. Incredibly rude treatment throughout the entire process and I feel completely taken advantage of and ripped off.
